Sexual Wellness in Peoria, IL
Personalized. Clinical. Judgment Free Care.
At New You Health, we understand that sexual health concerns can feel private, frustrating, and sometimes even embarrassing.
You are not alone. And this is treatable.
For him:
Erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and premature ejaculation are medical conditions, not personal failures. These issues are more common than most men realize, and they’re often very treatable. Our role is to help you understand what’s happening, identify the root cause, and build a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your life without shame, judgment, or guesswork.
For her:
Hormonal shifts, childbirth, aging, and stress can quietly change the way your body feels and functions. Many women are told to simply accept it. You don’t have to. Whether you’re experiencing dryness, decreased sensation, mild stress incontinence, or a loss of intimacy you can’t quite explain, these are real, valid, and addressable concerns.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
Many men and women wait years before seeking help. They try to push through it, ignore it, or rely on online prescriptions without ever truly understanding what is going on.
At New You Health, we create a space where you can ask real questions, speak openly without judgment, and get answers from a medical provider who specializes in this area.
This is not a rushed or transactional experience. This is real healthcare.

Why New You Health is Different Than Online ED Services
Online platforms may offer convenience, but they often skip the most important parts of care.
They do not check your vital signs, evaluate your overall health, understand your full medical history, or monitor your outcomes over time.
At New You Health, you meet with a real provider.
Deborah Daniels, ANP BC, is a board certified nurse practitioner with urology experience since 2005 and treating erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and premature ejaculation since 2011. She has full practice authority in Illinois.
She does not just prescribe medication. She evaluates you as a whole person and builds a treatment plan based on clinical judgment, your preferences, and your long term health.
What to Expect at Your Sexual Health Visit
How to Book
Book online or call 309 220 8545
Booking online gives you access to the client portal so you can complete your forms ahead of time.
Before Your Appointment
Please complete your medical history, consents, and questionnaires in the portal.
If you have recent labs, please bring us a copy to prevent duplication!
For Everyone: CBC, CMP, TSH, T4, FSH, LH, Cholesterol
For Men: Testosterone, PSA, Estradiol
For Women: Estradiol, Progesterone
No worries if you don’t already have labs, we can always order some for you, if needed.
If forms are not completed online, please arrive 15 minutes early.
During Your Appointment
You will meet one on one with Deborah Daniels, ANP-BC, APRN-FPA.
Your visit includes a review of your concerns and symptoms, discussion of your medical history and questionnaires, and a focused physical exam as clinically indicated.
The physical exam may include vital signs, heart, lung, and abdominal exam, genital exam if indicated, and prostate exam if indicated based on risk factors.
You can decline any part of the exam. Your comfort and autonomy always come first.
Treatment Built Around You
If appropriate, Deborah may start treatment the same day!
This often includes a one month trial of medication such as sildenafil or tadalafil, for men.
Women may be prescribed vaginal estrogen or other supplementation as indicated.
If labs are indicated, you will receive an order for lab work. Hormones, like Testosterone labs must be drawn before 10am. We commonly use Quest near University and Dixons Seafood because they offer strong cash pricing and accept insurance.
Follow Up and Ongoing Care
At your one-month follow up visit, Deborah will recheck vital signs (which is important because some medications can cause low blood pressure, dizziness and lightheadedness), review lab results, evaluate how well the medication is working, and discuss any side effects or room for improvement.
If you are using ED medication only and meet your sexual health goals after the one month trial, an annual prescription will be given, if appropriate.
If results are not where you want them to be, Deborah may adjust medications or recommend additional treatments using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for the P Shot or O shot, Botox or advanced protocols like the P-Shot 100, which combines both modalities.
Long Term Care
Your care evolves as your body and goals change.
If you are using ED medication only, annual visits are required for prescription renewal If you are on testosterone therapy, ongoing monitoring occurs every 3 months.
Deborah must evaluate you at least annually to continue prescribing because your health is not static. She ultimately decides the frequency necessary for safe and effective treatment, as each individual has individual circumstances.
Transparent Pricing, Clinical, and Individualized
We believe in transparent pricing but your care is always based on clinical judgment and your individual needs not a one size fits all menu.
Additional Treatments such as P shot, O shot, Bocox, P-shot 100 all call for nationally standardized pricing, but we can be competitive, just not online. Please call or text for details, to keep our prices competitive.
Labs and Medications ordered as needed and billed separately through your lab and pharmacy.
PRP Therapy for Intimacy, Confidence, and Function
Sexual health is an important part of your overall well-being, but for many people, it can feel like a taboo topic or an unsolvable problem. Whether you’re struggling with painful intimacy, decreased sensitivity, difficulty achieving or maintaining arousal, pre-mature ejaculation or frustrating symptoms like urinary incontinence or erectile dysfunction… you’re not alone. And you don’t have to settle.
At New You Health, we offer modern, evidence-based solutions that help you feel confident in your body again. Our PRP-based sexual wellness treatments, the O-Shot® for women and P-Shot® for men, are safe, natural, and designed to restore your sexual health using your body’s own healing power.
What Are the O-Shot® and P-Shot®?
The O-Shot® and P-Shot® are revolutionary treatments that use Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), a concentrated solution from your own blood, to regenerate and repair intimate tissue. This boosts circulation, sensitivity, and cellular health where you need it most.
PRP is loaded with growth factors that promote healing and rejuvenation. Injected into specific areas of vaginal or penile tissue, it can enhance pleasure, function, and confidence without surgery or hormones.

The O-Shot®:
Sexual Wellness for Women
The O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical procedure designed to treat common female sexual health concerns. Many women feel isolated or embarrassed about these issues—but we’re here to change that with compassionate care and real solutions.
The O-Shot® can help with:
Painful intercourse (dyspareunia)
Vaginal dryness or discomfort
Difficulty achieving orgasm
Urinary incontinence
Decreased sensitivity or arousal
Real clients report:
More intense orgasms
Increased natural lubrication
Reduced bladder leakage
More enjoyable, comfortable intimacy

The P-Shot®:
Erectile Function Support for Men
The P-Shot® (Priapus Shot) is a regenerative treatment that improves blood flow and nerve sensitivity in the penis.
It’s especially effective for men experiencing:
Erectile dysfunction (ED)
Decreased sensation or stamina
Difficulty maintaining firmness
Peyronie’s disease (penile curvature)
Not getting results from oral ED medications like Viagra or Cialis
Results may include:
Stronger, firmer erections
Increased pleasure and sensitivity
Improved confidence and sexual performance
Potential improvements in size and girth
What Makes PRP Different?
These aren’t quick fixes or pills with side effects. PRP works with your body to promote long-term tissue repair, circulation, and nerve response. Because it’s derived from your own blood, there’s minimal risk of allergic reaction or rejection. It’s natural, customizable, and backed by science.
What to Expect from the Procedure
We know this is a personal decision. So we’ve created a step-by-step, judgment-free experience to ensure you’re fully informed and comfortable.
Step 1: Private Consultation
You’ll meet with one of our experienced, discreet providers to discuss your symptoms, concerns, and goals. We’ll walk you through every step of the process and answer your questions openly.
Step 2: Numbing
We apply a either a powerful topical numbing cream or injectable numbing cream to make the process virtually painless.
Step 3: PRP Collection
We draw a small blood sample and place it in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. This takes just a few minutes and is done in-office.
Step 4: Injection
Using a fine needle, the PRP is injected into specific anatomical areas:
O-Shot®: upper vaginal wall and near the clitoris
P-Shot®: penile shaft and areas involved in erectile function
Step 5: That’s It. You’re Done!
Most sessions take 30–60 minutes from start to finish. There’s no downtime, and most clients return to normal activity, and even intimacy, same day or within 24 hours.
